📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.,Conduct quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed.,Manage and mentor production staff, providing training and support.,Maintain a safe and compliant workplace, adhering to all safety regulations.,Monitor and optimize production costs and resources.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.,Report on production performance and suggest improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or supervisory role in the food or beverage industry.,Proven experience in managing production schedules and teams.,Strong knowledge of quality control and safety regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with coffee production processes is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
