🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the hospitality or real estate industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business development strategies.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian hospitality and real estate markets, including key players, trends, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently.
