📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Manage and mentor workshop teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Optimize maintenance schedules and processes to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate with fleet managers to ensure timely and effective vehicle maintenance.
• Implement and monitor maintenance best practices and standards.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage workshop budgets and ensure cost-effective maintenance solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive workshop management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in fleet maintenance and operations.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
• Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using workshop management software such as WorkMaster or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
