📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Track and monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with warehouse staff to maintain optimal stock.
• Collaborate with delivery partners to ensure smooth and timely distribution of products.
• Use SAP ERP and other logistics software to manage and streamline distribution processes.
• Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities, including orders, deliveries, and inventory.
• Coordinate with sales team to ensure that customer orders are processed and shipped according to their requirements.
• Identify and resolve any issues related to order processing, inventory, or distribution.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance distribution efficiency and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in distribution administration or a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP ERP and other logistics software.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and distribution logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with food and beverage industry standards and regulations.
• Certification in logistics or distribution management is a plus.
