📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate cost plans and schedules for construction projects.
  • Conduct regular cost reviews and provide cost control advice to project managers.
  • Prepare and analyze cost reports, including cost forecasts, variances, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring compliance with budget and schedule.
  • Prepare tender documents, including bills of quantities, schedules of rates, and cost plans.
  • Advise on cost-saving measures and value engineering opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate measurement and valuation of materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Prepare and submit invoices and payment certificates to clients and contractors.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on construction and cost management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction costing principles, methods, and practices.
  • Proficiency in the use of quantity surveying software, such as Autodesk Revit, Tekla, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and recommendations.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry practices and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
