• 5-8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the insurance industry
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel for financial modeling and analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of financial regulations and standards
