📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement comprehensive international education programs that align with global standards and local needs
• Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and international organizations to develop and execute educational projects
• Manage budgets and resources for educational initiatives, ensuring financial sustainability and impact
• Conduct needs assessments and feasibility studies to identify educational gaps and opportunities
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and international partners
• Represent Global Education Initiatives at national and international conferences and events
• Stay updated on global education trends and best practices, incorporating new insights into program development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, International Relations, Public Administration, or a related field
• Master's degree in Education, International Relations, or a related field, preferably with a focus on global education or development
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in international education, program management, or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering international education programs
• Strong understanding of educational policies, standards, and best practices
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in English and at least one other international language
• Experience working in a multicultural environment and with diverse stakeholders
