📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all safety regulations and guidelines are followed.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the project manager and other stakeholders.
  • Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.
  • Ensure that all documentation and records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure that everyone is up-to-date on project goals and objectives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with construction software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
