📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation logistics.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.,Lead and mentor junior logistics staff to ensure high performance and professional development.,Handle and resolve any logistics-related issues or conflicts that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards is a plus.
