📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of luxury hospitality properties in Bali, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.,Manage the accounting and financial reporting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize the financial performance of the properties.,Provide strategic financial advice to support the growth and profitability of the business.,Oversee the implementation of internal controls and risk management practices.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.,Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Experience in managing financial operations for luxury hospitality properties is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
