Gold Link Corporindo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff,Handle inventory management and procurement activities,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Proven track record of success in a similar role,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using operational software and tools,Knowledge of safety regulations and standards,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
