📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.,Develop and implement maintenance plans in collaboration with the team.,Mentor and train junior technicians to ensure high standards of work are maintained.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify and address issues.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and effective repairs.,Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and inspections.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance or technical role.,Strong technical skills and knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.,Familiarity with maintenance management software is a plus.

Technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems.Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance techniques.Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in using maintenance management software.Experience with safety management systems and ISO standards.
