📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, route planning, and driver management.
  • Ensure the safety and efficiency of the fleet, including regular maintenance and inspections.
  • Monitor and optimize fuel consumption and vehicle performance.
  • Maintain and update all fleet-related documents and records.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to fleet management.
  • Provide training and support to junior fleet coordinators.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
