📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Manage and configure server hardware and software, ensuring optimal performance.

• Implement and manage IT security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
• Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery testing.

• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations support or a similar role.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Experience with server administration and virtualization technologies.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices and tools.
