📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient running of all departments.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing leadership and support.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Plan and execute promotional events and marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
