📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Update and maintain order records using Shopify and Google Sheets.
• Communicate with customers via WhatsApp Business, ensuring clear and professional interactions.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and reordering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce, order fulfillment, or customer service.
• Proficient in using Shopify, WhatsApp Business, and Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management is a plus.
• Valid ID and ability to work in Bali.
