As a Costing & Inventory Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, conducting regular stock counts, and ensuring that our inventory management system is up-to-date. You will also work closely with our procurement team to optimize purchasing decisions and minimize waste. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Conduct regular physical and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to optimize purchasing decisions and minimize waste.
• Analyze cost data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and cost analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
• Work closely with suppliers to negotiate better terms and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Train and support junior staff on inventory management best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in costing and inventory management.
• Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with inventory management software like Microsoft Dynamics or JDA.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
