Duta Krisna Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Captain to join our team. As a Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our medical center, ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients and staff. This is a full-time position located in Cianjur, offering a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical center, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.,Manage and supervise the medical staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and treatment.,Coordinate with other healthcare providers and facilities to ensure seamless patient care and treatment.,Ensure the safety and security of the medical center and its staff, implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.,Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.,Participate in staff training and development programs to ensure high standards of care.,Handle and resolve patient complaints and concerns, ensuring a positive patient experience.,Work with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans for the medical center.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare facility.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with diverse groups of people.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Valid certification or license as a healthcare professional.
