In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in planning and organizing daily operations.,Oversee staff scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels.,Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Assist in training and developing staff.,Conduct regular inspections of kitchen and dining areas to ensure cleanliness and efficiency.,Prepare and present reports on sales, expenses, and other key performance indicators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven experience in managing restaurant operations.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and culinary trends.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
