📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Operational Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the company.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Manage and supervise operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular operational reviews and suggest improvements to enhance performance.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to operations, ensuring timely resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar operational role.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
