As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for our software products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation, including manuals, guides, and API references.,Ensure documentation is up-to-date and reflects the latest product features and updates.,Review and edit documentation to maintain consistency and readability.,Assist in creating training materials and tutorials for end-users.,Participate in product development meetings to provide input on documentation needs and challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software industry.,Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English is a must; Indonesian language skills are a plus.
