📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing leadership and training as needed.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to meet customer demand.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the regional and corporate teams to drive overall business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the technology or electronics sector.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
