In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the quantity surveying activities on various construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the quantity surveying activities on construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications and regulations.,Prepare and maintain detailed cost estimates, schedules, and reports for project stakeholders.,Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and identify any potential cost or schedule issues.,Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget and on schedule.,Provide technical advice and guidance to junior quantity surveyors and project team members.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quantity surveying and electrical engineering.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Prepare and present detailed financial reports and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 3 years in an electrical engineering focus.,Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.,Proficiency in cost estimation, scheduling, and financial reporting software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Excel).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.,Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry regulations and practices.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
