📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented to the highest standards.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, in compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Handle customer complaints and ensure that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
