📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and taste.,Maintain a clean and safe environment in the restaurant, including all kitchen and dining areas.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and food safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent role in a similar setting.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, purchasing, and cost control.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff and customers.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and profitability goals.,Understanding of health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software.
