📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.,Conduct initial screening interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.,Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Update and maintain the company's ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other recruitment tools.,Provide support and guidance to junior recruiters and new team members.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proactive and results-driven mindset.
