Duta Indra Kebab is seeking a dedicated and experienced Captain to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of service and quality. As the Captain, you will be responsible for managing the store operations, training and developing your team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are passionate about food service and have a strong leadership background, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Oversee the preparation and presentation of food items.,Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the food service industry.,Proven track record of successful team management and development.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.,Ability to handle cash and manage store finances.,Experience with POS systems is a plus.
