📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the main teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to support their learning.,Assist in the preparation and grading of assignments and exams.,Support the main teacher in managing classroom activities and maintaining a positive learning environment.,Assist in the organization of school events and extracurricular activities.,Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure consistent and high-quality instruction.,Assist in the preparation of educational materials and resources.,Provide support to students with special needs or learning difficulties.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Teacher or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and teaching methods.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with educational technology and tools is a plus.,Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and student needs.
