📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of fleet vehicles and drivers.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Track and manage fuel consumption and expenses.,Assist in the preparation of reports on fleet performance and maintenance.,Coordinate with drivers and third-party service providers for maintenance and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of fleet records and documentation.,Support the Fleet Coordinator in any additional tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
